The 16 acres that surround Cherry Grove Manor is what makes this such a special place. Explore the property while you’re here. The property is outlined by a wooden fence so you will know when you have reached the properties limits

The Orchard

There is a very small orchard near the entryway of the property near the steal gate. There are a variety of fruit trees and even grapes. If you time it right you may be able to pick some fruit. You’ll have to beat the deer to it though. Some of the trees have died recently and will be replaced in the offseason.

The Beach

There is a private 550 beach. The beach has course sand that feels great on your feet. Kids love looking for the sea glass that regularly washes up. The tide comes in and out so be careful not to let anything important lay on the beach when you leave.

The Path and Dock

When you first come down the driveway instead of turning left onto the main driveway go straight. This unpaved path will lead you to the dock. The dock extends about 100 ft out into the river.

Fire Pit

Use the fire pit while the sun is setting. Enjoy the amazing views of the water. whether you roast marshmellows or cook a hotdog you’re be sure to have a relaxing time around the fire pit.
